Classroom Environment

Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment is important for student learning, growth, and well-being. My classroom will be designed to support academic success, encourage collaboration, and make every student feel welcome.

In my future classroom, I envision a layout prioritizing student engagement, collaboration, and accessibility. The central focus will be whole-group instruction located at the front of the room by the whiteboard. Below the board will be the carpet for stories and morning meetings. Surrounding this space will be student tables arranged to promote group work and interaction while allowing for easy movement throughout the room. Along the sides of the classroom will be the class library, a kidney table for small groups, and manipultives.

Classroom Organization
